Overview: Grace Farms Tea & Coffee is seeking for a seasoned
sales director who is passionate about exceptional coffee and tea,
driving extraordinary performance, and using our innovative
business model to further our charitable mission.----The position
will work closely with the company co-founder and CEO, a growing
foodservice sales team, and marketing to build a national
foodservice business across a number of----food service channels
including but not limited to corporations and hospitality.The ideal
candidate is a strategic thinker who can execute and has worked in
foodservice sales and has an in depth understanding of sales,
distribution, foodservice purveyors and CRM.----The candidate
should come with a number of potential leads to start and is a
natural networker who constantly seeks to foster
relationships.----The candidate should be an experienced manager of
salespeople and know how to develop a healthy and rewarding sales
culture that attracts talented salespeople.The location of the role
will be based in the Fairfield County, Westchester County, or New

Coffee also brews up 4 exceptional organic coffees sourced
exclusively from women-led co-ops in Colombia, Ethiopia, and
Indonesia.Grace Farms Tea & Coffee has a quickly growing business
to business channel and seeking to accelerate our
direct-to-consumer presence and revenue.----We currently provide
teas to partners that include JP Morgan, Bloomberg, World Economic
Forum, Bridgewater Associates, and large foodservice providers such
as Sodexo, Aramark, and Restaurant Associates.We are seeking to
expand distribution regionally to start and then expand into west
coast distribution within the next year.What You'll Do:Lead the
corporate and foodservice strategy and sales effort in partnership
with CEO and Co-founder, Adam Thatcher.Lead and manage a team of
two sales managers currently on the team.----We currently have a
Director of Corporate Partnerships and a Director of Wellness &
Hospitality.Be responsible for the growth of the foodservice
business by creating new sales opportunities and managing the sales
lifecycle from lead generation to conversion.----Work with CEO to
develop a comprehensive sales incentive and commission program for
existing and new sales hires.Target and close strategic hospitality
and wellness partners for product placement and sales.Work with the
marketing team to implement marketing tactics to increase lead
generation through channels like LinkedIn.Eager to learn in-depth
about tea and coffee, Grace Farms ethical and sustainable sourcing,
and our unique give back model.Thrives at managing sales cycle
workflows using CRM systems such as Pipedrive.----Enjoy using CRM
tools to forecast revenue to support production and
operations.Oversee our Shopify-based website to be up-to-date with
marketing messages, products, and promotions.Lead the DTC side of
the business to deliver against our aggressive growth targets for
the company.----Have a clear bias toward performance marketing and
understanding of a "full-funnel" marketing model--that attracts,
guides and personalizes our brand to consumers.Balance efficiency
and effectiveness to determine the best strategy for the
development and deployment of all marketing tactics (in-house vs
agency vs freelance).Optimize a significant marketing budget across
digital and traditional channels ensuring they are based on a
strategy that is anchored to clear, measurable, business outcomes
and is consistent with overall brand strategy.Partner and
coordinate with Grace Farms Foundation to align content calendars
and efforts to encourage engagement across the entire Grace Farms
brand including Grace Farms Foundation and Design For

an important part of a small team that works closely together and

Metrics:Revenue and number of cases sold through the foodservice
partnerships programGross margin of foodservice programNumber of
strategic brand partners that contributes to new outcomes and brand
exposureExpansion of geographic distribution--Experience You
Have:7+ years of foodservice sales experience, ideally with
experience in tea and coffee.----The candidate should come in with
a wealth of experience of growing a foodservice business through
regional to national distribution.--A deep network of potential
corporate, hospitality, and other food service partner
targets.----Clear understanding of distribution models from
dropship to regional/national distributors.Proven track record of
scaling early/mid growth foodservice businesses. The ideal
candidate has experience growing a foodservice business from $1M+
to $10M+.An ability to develop sales strategies and implement
tactics to grow foodservice business and meaningful partnerships to
drive both brand awareness and consumption.Strengths include
strategic thinking, execution, relationship building and
communication.Able to clearly and confidently speak to groups of
people in-person and in digital meetings.----A person who enjoys
public speaking, telling brand stories, sharing tea, and closing
sales.A natural networker who is able to navigate relationships and
get in proximity to decision-makers.Creative thinker who has a deep
understanding of industry trends and new marketing strategies to
reach new audiences.Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves, style - willing
to dive in. Comfortable with managing and motivating team members
and implementing corrective actions if necessary.--A proactive,
resourceful self-starter who is also detail-oriented, analytical,
multi-tasker and problem solver.Entrepreneurial spirit -
willingness to challenge the industry status quo with our highly

AreaCompensation:----Base salary of $140k, short and long term
incentives, generous PTO, no health benefits currently, but planned
in 2025.Hours: Typical EST business hoursPhysical requirements:
Ability to both sit and use computer screens. Ability to move
