Director of Nursing (DON) 13 Week Contract.Bangor ME.Long Term Care.$84/hour blended rate. Weekly pay.2 years of Director of Nursing (DON) Long Term Care experience required.NY Registered Nurse (RN) license required.ASAP start for qualified Director of Nursing (DON) .Responsibilities:- Develop and implement care policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff- Ensure the delivery of person-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents- Oversee the coordination of resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing monitoring of care plans- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services and interdisciplinary care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, providing feedback and guidance as needed- Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in nursing administration and resident care- Advocate for resident rights and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residentsJob Type: ContractPay: $84.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Vision insuranceHealthcare setting:* Long term careMedical specialties:* GeriatricsSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to Relocate:* Bangor, ME: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
