Adecco in conjunction with a Medical Manufacturer in Southington, CT is seeking individuals with Automotive Repair / Mechanical or Machine Repair / Maintenance experience for a Temp to Perm Machine Maintenance Technician job with Medical Manufacturer, a growing, innovative, fast paced, FDA regulated lean manufacturing company in Southington, CT. The Medical Manufacturer offers a temperature controlled environment, on site fitness facility. Once hired on with Smiths they offer great medical, dental, vision, 401K, and Tuition reimbursement benefits.

Training is provided for individuals who are hired.

Positions are available on the following shifts:

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Sunday - Thursday

Some of the Key Responsibilities of the Temp to Perm Machine Maintenance Technicians are:

* Troubleshooting machines that break down

* Break down machines in order to repair them and then rebuild machines back to original specs

* Ensuring the correct operation of automatic and semi-automatic assembly production equipment in accordance with governing documentation.

* Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of non conformance?s related to the product and equipment.

* Identifying and recording problems relating to the product, process and or quality system.

* Initiate recommendations, provide solutions, and verify the affectivity of continuous operational improvements.
