POSITION SUMMARY
With limited supervision, the Financial Analyst supports short and
long term operational business activities; develop, enhance and
maintain operational information, models and analytics.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS degree in the field of accounting, math, , or related field
plus 2 + years of progressively responsible experience in a
healthcare or related setting using various reporting tools
including Crystal reports, MS Excel and or others. Intermediate
level of proficiency in performing data analytics. Excellent
written and oral communication skills are also required.

Develop technical knowledge of general ledger and applicable
financial systems
Prepare and review the analysis of monthly productivity and
incentive modeling for all departments
Create ad-hoc clinical and operational reports requested and

Prepare and support preparation of annual cost reports and grant
reporting.
Assists Controller and/or CFO in preparation of special projects
provides back-up to other personnel in the Department, and performs
other duties as assigned.
Execute timely & accurate data sourcing, validation, analytics, and
reporting.
Act as subject matter expert in data analytics.
Act as liaison and support between IT, clinical programs and
finance.
Initiate and foster unique and innovative solutions and ideas.
Approach issues from broad strategic perspective while also
focusing on the details and unit based solutions required for
performance improvement
Develops and provides training on use of system software.
Continues to develop knowledge and understanding about the history,
traditions, values, family systems, and artistic expression of
groups served as well as uses appropriate methodological
approaches, skills, and techniques that reflect an understanding of
culture.
