• Newly renovated office space! Responsibilities of the Assistant Controller:
  • Perform high-level accounting, managerial accounting, and oversee the financial activities of the company
  • Ensure the successful completion of month, quarter, and year end closes.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate preparation of month end reports, financial forecasts and planning / budgeting in accordance with H&T Group requirements and those required by regulatory agencies.
  • Assist in strategic financial initiatives (M&A and future expansions, etc)
  • Support and drive the financial analysis of the financial statements
  • Manage financial projects through completion
  • Determine areas for process improvement and implement changes Preferred Qualifications of the Assistant Controller:
    • Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting or finance required
    • 4+ Years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
    • Prior supervisory experience, 3+ Years
