ROLEAs a Financial Controller, you will support the reporting of
the financial results of Henkel's businesses in North America.
Position will be based in Rocky Hill, CT. Coordinate and support
the activities for Henkel's businesses in the financial systems
(mainly SAP), particularly during month-end closeWork with business
unit controllers to ensure adequate reserves / provisions are
maintained for major item of business expenditures such as trade,
promotion, advertising, and inventoryOversight of and
responsibility for processes completed by Shared Service Center in
ManilaLiaise with the Business to ensure their financial results
are reported accurately and in a timely mannerReview assigned
schedules and reconciliations prepared by staff and other finance
personnel to support and meet internal and external audit
requirementsAnalyze assigned systems, policies, and procedures and
recommend change as necessaryAssist with other financial projects,
particularly M&A activity, as required YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required w/ minimum
2-5 years of experience in the areas of business analysis, cost
analysis, management reporting or related fieldMBA or CPA a
plusStrong leadership abilitiesExcellent technology skills with
demonstrated proficiency in Excel and related programs; experience
with SAP a plus The salary for this role is $85,000.00 -
$105,000.00. Thisis the range that we in good faith anticipate
relying on when setting wages forthis position. We may ultimately
pay more or less than the posted rangeand this range is only
applicable for jobs to be performed inConnecticut. This salary
range may also be modified in the future.Henkel does not accept
