• Climate ControlledAs an Accounting Financial Analyst you will:As a Volt Accounting Financial Analyst , you will be responsible for providing financial support. This includes forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting and SOX support as well as reporting and analysis for the business.
  • Collaborate with cost center managers, functional leaders & Finance Business Partners in developing annual budgets / quarterly projections; including clear documentation of assumptions & posting in Oracle / Hyperion
  • Record month-end journal entries (accruals, reclasses, charge in / outs, & prepaid amortization) for all cost centers supported; ensure accurate reporting of financial results in Oracle / Hyperion
  • Analyze financial variances for cost center actuals, projections, and budget
  • Compile Month-End Balance Sheet account reconciliations
  • Support audit requests from internal / external audit
  • Oversee and enforce SOX requirements, including testing and compliance procedures
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support for cost center managers on an as-needed basisThis is Full Time opportunity.The ideal Accounting Financial Analyst candidate will have:
    • 2-5 years' experience in a finance/accounting role (preferably in a manufacturing setting)Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
    • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management Systems, or Essbase
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Team player who can adapt to new responsibilities
