Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Analyze carrier statements for
discrepancies or errors and validate correct employee/employer tier
charges. Conduct monthly verification and accuracy checks across
all assigned accounts; ensure timely identification and reporting
of corrections. Develop and implement strategic financial
processes; apply critical thinking to resolve complex issues
independently. Communicate clearly and effectively with internal
and external partners regarding analytical findings and financial
resolutions. Follow established Oasis/ * Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs) related to payment and reconciliation timelines;
adjust to changes in process as business needs evolve. Collaborate
with internal departments and external contacts to support proper
billing procedures and account accuracy. Education: Associate's
Degree required Concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong
understanding of reconciliation processes Experience working with
financial data, billing accuracy, and account adjustments Skills &
Abilities: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data
analysis) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly and
concisely High attention to detail with proven ability to work
independently Comfortable adapting to process changes in a
fast-paced environment Excellent verbal communication and
