Overview The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing and
managing the tax compliance and planning functions for our
organization. This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws,
regulations, and strategies, with a focus on optimizing tax
liabilities and ensuring compliance with federal and state
regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of tax
compliance and reporting including income tax, sales tax, and other
applicable taxes. Develop and implement tax strategies that align
with the company's objectives and minimize tax liabilities. Review
and analyze tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance with
regulations. Provide guidance and support on tax-related issues to
internal stakeholders and management. Stay updated on changes in
tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the
organization. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax
authorities during audits and inquiries. Qualifications Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) designation is required. 5 years of experience in
tax management or public accounting. Strong knowledge of federal,
state, and local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. -
