Responsibilities Lead and execute the monthly close process,
including preparation and review of journal entries and
reconciliations Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in
accordance with GAAP Prepare and analyze balance sheet
reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Support external audits
and assist with tax-related filings and documentation Compile,
analyze, and distribute standard and ad-hoc financial reports and
KPIs Assist with financial analysis for periodic business reviews
Contribute to documentation and enhancement of accounting policies
and procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5–10
years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of
general ledger accounting and month-end close Strong analytical,
