Job Description Job Description Our customer in beautiful South
Bristol, ME is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for
their busy Co-Op. This is a Full Time, Temp to Hire assignment and
the hourly rate is based on experience. * A 4-year degree in
Accounting is required * Proficient with QuickBooks is required *
Experience in the lobster and co-op industry is preferred. *
Experience in restaurants, customer service, office administration,
management and bill collecting is required. * Oversee all
accounting work, run reports, analyze financial statements, Account
Receivable, Accounts Payable and payroll. * Advertising online *
Oversee all licenses and daily entry of vessel trip reporting to
NOAA. Also maintain inventory, ordering and receiving. * Managing
the restaurant including cooking, serving, taking orders,
scheduling, cleaning and stocking * Attending the monthly board
meetings with 10 board members. * Additional duties may be required
and change with the season * Filling in when the facility is
