limited to experience, skills, knowledge of position and comparison
to others who are already in this role within the company. Flu

for all employees. PACT MSO, LLC is a management service
organization that supports a large multi-specialty practice of
providers. We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist who
will be working in Branford Monday through Friday from 8:30am to
5:00pm. This is not a remote position. Summary Responsible for
accurate and timely payroll processing and supporting the finance
team in accounting tasks. Essential Functions · Ensure accurate and
timely payroll processing · Ensure compliance with applicable tax
laws and regulations · Reconcile payroll data with third party
vendors and year-end activities including the preparation of W-2s ·
Compile and catalog receipts for the monthly credit card statement
· Scan documents into systems and ensure proper location of
documents · Update vendor database in Microsoft Dynamic · Track
monthly CME expenses · Create and send monthly billing invoices ·
Research and respond to inquiries from other departments and
operations · Maintain financial records and ledgers · Create
reports in Microsoft Dynamics to support monthly and interim
reporting cycles · Support Director by assisting in projects,
researching information, and other duties · Identify opportunities
to improve accounting processes and efficiency Skills and Knowledge
· Excellent attention to detail · Strong organizational skills ·
Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting · Proficient in
Microsoft 365 Suite Education and Experience · High School diploma
or equivalent · Bachelor degree or equivalent · Processed payroll
