Job Description We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated,
and experienced professional to join our team. We have an immediate
opening for a full-time Office Coordinator for our Berlin office.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): --- Work
directly with the company owners and project managers providing
administrative support functions as needed. --- Answer 4-line phone
system and direct calls accordingly. --- Daily processing various
correspondence; proposals, bids, budgets, meeting minutes, lease
agreements, etc. --- Formatting owner/subcontractor contracts,
monthly invoices and change orders utilizing AIA document software.
--- Oversee and manage employee human resources to include process
new hires, terminations, management of company health and dental
insurance, employee 401K program and profit sharing, and vacation
accrual. --- Generate property management billing documents. ---
Maintain office equipment and procurement of office supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS: --- Minimum 5 years related office experience. ---
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and experienced in
other related software programs. --- Ability to be organized,
multi-task and prioritize. Connor Contracting, Inc. is a family
