Job Description:
The Administrative Coordinator for Quality and Safety is
instrumental in supporting the departmental leadership, staff and
workflows that are integral to successful operations. This position
is responsible for a variety of traditional administrative and
assistant duties as well as a significant amount of work with
collection and entry of data and its subsequent reporting and
preparation for presentation. This position is key to the
information flow and record-keeping required for accurate and
timely operations and is heavily involved with both internal and
external communications.
Minimum Education
Associates Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum Work Experience
2 years of administrative coordination.
Customer service experience.
Experience working in a high-volume environment handling multiple
tasks.
Experience in policy development and documentation highly
desirable.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Demonstrated strong business writing skills with emphasis on
format, grammar, and structure.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access,
Visio)
Demonstrated strong keyboarding skills.
Highly discreet, able to routinely handle confidential
materials.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and
assignments.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Willingness and ability to have flexibility in work schedule.
Pay Range: $18.53 - $27.51
