Job Description:
Clinical Liaison Ryders is hiring! We are a family-owned and
operated skilled nursing provider with 8 facilities across
Connecticut and 75 years of experience as a trusted partner to
local hospitals and communities. We are currently seeking a
regional Clinical Liaison to oversee all facilities, with a
marketing focus on our two southeastern Connecticut locations. We

Responsibilities include: Identify and develop potential referral
sources. Increase referral sources Maximize the census through
effective marketing Generate public relations and marketing
opportunities Rounds/marketing in New London County and may also
cover other areas throughout CT and RI Ability to convert referrals
to admissions in a timely manner Attend and participate in
marketing meetings Speak and/or meet with families about specifics
of admission requirements and placement procedures out in the field
Contact area hospitals, community agencies and groups to promote
and maintain good working relationships Arrange and coordinate
visits from area hospitals and agency staff Submit daily reports
supporting activity. Able to organize spreadsheets to include
referral trends Preferred Qualifications: RN/LPN license with
marketing background and prior liaison / SNF experience Business
