Job Description:
A family practice physician or internist opportunity will be in
available in Maine in late 2021. They are hiring an additional
physician to support the growing patient census. You will work 40
hours a week and a four day work week schedule may be available.
The clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30. The
incoming physician will see 20 to 25 patients per day on average.
Applicants must be board certified unless they are coming out of
their residency. If you do not hold an active Maine medical
license, CompHealth has a licensing team to help you with the
processing and application, if necessary. This hospital-employed
position offers a competitive compensation, a $25k sign-on bonus,
and wRVU incentives. You will also receive malpractice insurance,
medical and dental benefits, life insurance, vacation and sick
days, CME allowance, a 401k retirement plan, and student loan
repayment is available. Milbridge is located on Narraguagus Bay and
is the heart of wild blueberry country. The town is home to Jasper

wild blueberries. You can fish or picnic in Riverside Park, and you
can view a rustic railroad bridge, cable pool and rapids from the
