Job Description:
Nesco Resource is looking for a CNC Maintenance Technician
located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the
right candidate. Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM Pay: $30-$34/Hour
depending on experience Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled
CNC Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting,
and repair of CNC machines and related manufacturing equipment.
This role ensures maximum uptime, precision, and operational
efficiency across production operations. Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and
pneumatic issues Calibrate, align, and replace components such as
spindles, motors, sensors, and ball screws Read and interpret
schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools Support installation and
setup of new equipment Maintain accurate maintenance records Follow
all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement
efforts Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required;
technical training preferred 3–5 years of CNC or industrial
maintenance experience Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical,
and control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) Ability to read
blueprints and use precision measurement tools Basic computer
skills and ability to manage documentation Must be able to lift up
to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Nesco Resource and affiliates
