Job Description:

Primo Brands Inc., a pioneer in consumer goods with a flair for innovation, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team. This role is vital for ensuring the continuous efficiency and reliability of our beverage and food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance the operational capabilities of our production equipment, contributing to the sustainable and efficient production of high-quality goods. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of industrial food processing and packaging machinery. Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary. Operate tools and equipment necessary for the maintenance and repair of industrial machines. Record maintenance and repair work performed and the costs of the work. Coordinate with operations teams to schedule maintenance and minimize production downtime. Implement preventive measures to ensure machinery functions smoothly and to avoid future breakdowns. Adhere to safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and understand manuals and schematics. Proficiency in using various hand tools and diagnostic tools. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification or equivalent beneficial. Certifications in electrical or mechanical systems a plus. Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing principles desirable.
