Project Manager is responsible for: Ensuring the project aligns
with the owner's goals, budget, and vision. Serving as the primary
liaison between the owner, architects, engineers, contractors, and
other project participants. Developing and maintaining project
schedules, identifying critical milestones and ensuring deadlines
are met. Establishing, tracking, and managing project budgets,
including cost estimating, tracking, and reporting. Identifying and
mitigating project risks and challenges proactively. Ensuring
project work meets quality standards, specifications, and
regulatory requirements. Managing changes to the project scope,
budget, and schedule, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Conducting site visits, observing progress, and verifying that
construction activities meet project requirements. Evaluating
contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment
applications. Providing regular project updates, progress reports,
and financial summaries to the owner. Profile The right Owners
Project Manager has the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction
Technology, or related field preferred 7-10 years of experience (as
a PM) Project experience within life science, healthcare,
government, or general commercial Experience managing projects $5M
in value Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple
projects Strong literacy of Bluebeam and Smartsheets (preferred)
Strong communication and client facing skills Job Offer The Owners
Project Manager will receive: Competitive base salary up to $160K
