Job Description Job Description Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - PAYING $30/hour Job Description We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks across our grounds, warehouse, production, and office areas. You will work from daily worksheets and perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure machines and equipment operate smoothly and safely. Equipment includes forklifts, roll formers, and press brakes. Additional duties include managing septic systems, assisting the IT department with cable installations, running errands with a company vehicle, removing snow and ice, spraying and pulling weeds, and mowing the grounds. Other related duties may be assigned as needed. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs for grounds, warehouse, production, and office areas. Execute routine preventative maintenance for machines and equipment. Manage septic systems throughout the facility. Assist the IT department with installing cables. Run errands using a company vehicle. Remove snow and ice from facility grounds. Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing and weed removal. Complete other related duties as assigned. Essential Skills Facilities maintenance Mechanical repair Preventative maintenance Troubleshooting Forklift and semi-truck maintenance Experience with hand and power tools Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to obtain a driver's license 2 years of building and preventative maintenance experience Experience with Geothermal systems is a plus Ability to lift 75 lbs. Work Environment You will work in a climate-controlled building with about 30 employees. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes and jeans. Working hours are from 3:30 PM to 12 AM, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canton, SD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
