opportunity in Ansonia, CT Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm Pay Range
$25-28/hour based on experience Ideally looking for someone with 5
years of Customer Service experience in the manufacturing industry
The Customer Service Coordinator or Representative is a crucial
link between the manufacturing company and our customers ensuring a
high level of service and satisfaction. The Coordinator will
collaborate closely with internal teams including Production,
Engineering, Shipping and Quality Control to address customer
needs. • Handle order processing - data entry, tracking orders and
follow up with customers • Handle customer questions efficiently
and coordinate with various departments • Attend daily production
meetings to review customer orders, delays or changes • Track
deliveries and maintain spreadsheet and database • Maintain
customer price sheets, order reports and customer portals • Soft
marketing upsell opportunities, business LinkedIn and facebook
