a Service Advisor to join our growing team! The right candidate
will have a strong customer service background and computer skills.
The day-to-day duties of this role include scheduling service
appointments, respond quickly to customer phone calls, and confirm

the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and courteously, understanding their
vehicle service needs. Write repair orders and communicate service
options, costs, and timelines clearly to customers. Coordinate with
technicians to provide accurate and timely updates on vehicle
status. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle
repairs, and service history. Follow up with customers to ensure
satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Assist in managing
service appointments and workload to optimize workflow. Promote
additional services and products to enhance customer experience and
service department profitability. Requirements High school diploma
or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a
plus. Previous experience in automotive service advising or a
customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention
to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage
multiple priorities. Proficient with computer systems and software
related to service departments. A passion for cars and automotive
service is highly desirable. Benefits Competitive compensation
ranging from $50,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
