Role Description This could be a part time or a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist located in Cromwell, CT. The role involves delivering a variety of massage therapy services, including therapeutic and relaxation massages, tailored to meet individual client needs. The therapist will consult with clients to understand their concerns, alleviate stress, and promote well-being. Additionally, the Licensed Massage Therapist will foster a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring every client receives outstanding care and service. Qualifications Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques Experience with swedish and deep tissue techniques along with hot stone and additional massage modalities Strong skills in Stress Management and providing a calming environment Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport Current certification or licensure as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Connecticut Ability to work collaboratively with a team while maintaining professionalism and compassion toward clients Willingness to stay updated with massage therapy techniques and industry best practices
