You will work in a clean, modern, and technologically advanced sign shop with a skilled and dedicated staff who work as a team to accomplish goals. G-Force Signs & Graphics (www.gforcesigns.com) is a custom sign company that specializes in design, fabrication, and installation of commercial signs in Central Connecticut. We have a solid reputation in the region and pride ourselves on our quality signs and customer service. This position requires experience in operating a large format printer, vinyl cutter/plotter and lamination machine. Responsibilities of the Position: 3 years sign industry experience Background in vinyl printing, cutting & application Operating a large format digital printer, vinyl cutter/plotter and lamination machine Strong knowledge of sign-making materials; i.e. vinyl, substrates, etc. Strong computer and file management skills including experience and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Design skills a plus Sign and vehicle wrap installation a plus Experience with sign industry software a plus, e.g. CoreBridge May work directly with both customers and subcontractors Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area Assist in maintaining company signage equipment Job Requirements and Skills: You are a positive person; you are a team player who works well with others; you have a hunger to learn; you can work independently and collaboratively; and you have an openness and curiosity to learn other facets of the sign industry. Flexible to work overtime and weekends on occasion as needed. You are a good communicator.
