Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 educational setting
in York, PA, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist with BCBA
credentials to support students with autism. This contract position
spans the 2025-2026 school year and offers an opportunity to impact
the lives of children in an elementary school environment. Key
Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
required Experience working with students with autism spectrum
disorder (ASD) Background in school-based behavioral support
preferred Ability to collaborate with teachers and support staff
across multiple classrooms Location: Elementary school setting
serving K-6 students Positioned within five autistic support
classrooms Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized
behavior intervention plans for students Provide direct support and
consultation to classroom staff within autistic support classrooms
Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary Provide
training and coaching to teachers and support personnel on behavior
management strategies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
promote positive educational outcomes Schedule: Monday through
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Contract duration covering the full
