Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

support elementary students enhancing their communication skills.
This position is based in Canton, MI, and offers a contract-to-hire
arrangement for the current school year (CSY). Key Qualifications
and Desired Experience: Valid certification and experience as a
Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting Familiarity with
elementary school-aged childrens speech and language development
Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans
(IEPs) Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with
teachers, parents, and support staff Effective communication and
documentation skills Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language
assessments to identify student needs Design and deliver
evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual student
goals Monitor and record student progress, adjusting interventions
as necessary Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to
contribute expertise and coordinate care Provide guidance and
support to students, families, and educational staff to promote
communication success Location: Elementary school environment
