Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time, onsite
opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is
available at an elementary school setting in Winsted, CT. This
contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and focuses
on providing specialized behavioral support within an elementary
school environment. Key Qualifications: Masters Degree in Applied
Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field from an accredited
university. Active Connecticut BCBA certification through the
Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working
with elementary school-aged children and delivering behavior
intervention plans. Strong communication skills and ability to
collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and
multidisciplinary teams. Role Responsibilities: Develop and
implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students
in an elementary school setting. Conduct functional behavior
assessments and analyze data to guide decision-making and improve
student outcomes. Train and support teachers and staff in effective
behavior management strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust
interventions as needed to promote positive behavior and learning.
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators,
parents, and related service providers. Location: Winsted,
