Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
located in Southport, NC is seeking a skilled Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive support to students from
kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position is
available for the current school year, beginning as soon as
possible and concluding at the end of the school year.
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist
certification (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred Experience working in
K-12 educational settings Strong knowledge of speech and language
development in children Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop
individualized education plans (IEPs) Effective communication
skills with students, parents, and educators Ability to work
collaboratively as part of an educational team Location: Southport,
North Carolina Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and
language assessments for students Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Provide
direct therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to
support student progress Monitor and document student progress,
adjusting goals as necessary Maintain compliance with school
