Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
with a passion for supporting preschool-age students with special
needs. The position involves delivering speech-language therapy
services within diverse early childhood environments, including
preschool special education classrooms, Head Start programs, PreK
counts classes, daycares, and community preschools. In addition,
services will be provided to walk-in students brought in by parents
for therapy sessions. Positions are available in three counties
within the region: Adams County, York County, and Franklin County.
Each SLP will be based out of a designated learning centerYork
Learning Center in York, a facility in New Oxford for Adams County,
and a location in Chambersburg for Franklin Countywith travel to
different buildings throughout the week included in the role. The
contract runs from the current school year through June 2026, with
a schedule of 35 hours per week and 188 workdays on the preschool
stretch calendar. Approximately half a day per week will be
dedicated to paperwork and IEP meetings. Key qualifications and
experience include: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP-CCC and/or SLP - School certification preferred) Early
intervention and preschool experience is highly desired Ability to
manage a caseload projected to reach 55 students by the end of the
year Commitment to providing direct therapy services, including to
walk-in clients Supervision available for Clinical Fellows with
agency support (supervision cost of $2,000) No SLP assistants
(SLPAs) or VOCO systems supported in this role Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to preschoolers with
special needs Collaborate with educational teams through regular
IEP meetings and documentation Travel between multiple sites within
the assigned county to meet student needs Maintain compliance with
service delivery and educational standards This full-time, contract
