This 1099 contract opportunity provides flexible scheduling and the convenience of working remotely from home, supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. The role focuses on delivering specialized speech-language pathology services through telespeech methods, primarily in a 1:1 virtual setting. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting remote speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions using a provided virtual platform - Utilizing interactive learning materials to enhance student engagement and progress - Collaborating with clinical and technical support teams to ensure optimal service delivery - Managing caseload effectively while maintaining detailed session documentation - Leveraging Zoom Pro for secure and professional teletherapy sessions Desired qualifications and experience: - Valid certification and licensure in speech-language pathology - Experience working with school-aged children in elementary, middle, and high school settings - Proficiency in telespeech service delivery, preferably with 1:1 therapy - Comfort with technology and virtual platforms, including video conferencing tools - Strong organizational and communication skills to manage remote work responsibilities Position location: Remote, with services primarily supporting students based in Shelton, CT.
