year! Position Overview: - Lead a self-contained "SUCCESS"
classroom (Grades 3-5) with a focused caseload of 10-12 students,
or support students in a Resource model across various elementary
campuses. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs) using IEP Direct software to monitor progress and make
evidence-based adjustments. - Deliver specialized instruction and
academic interventions while collaborating closely with classroom
aides and support staff to ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective
learning environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in
Special Education - Valid Connecticut Special Education
Certification (165 Endorsement) (Required) - Proficiency in IEP
Direct and data collection for progress monitoring - Experience in
either self-contained "SUCCESS" environments or Resource-based
