Job Description:
Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a committed and
experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Extended School
Year (ESY) services in a dynamic educational setting. This position
involves working closely with students who have various speech and
language disorders, assessing their needs, and implementing
appropriate therapies to enhance their communication abilities. The
ideal candidate will be someone passionate about special education
and skilled in providing tailored interventions that support our
overarching goal of ensuring student success. Assess students'
speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to
create supportive environments. Monitor and document student
progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Provide guidance
and education to school staff regarding speech disorders and
therapy techniques. Expertise in speech and language assessment
tools Ability to devise and manage therapy plans Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Capability to work
collaboratively with educational staff and parents Proficiency in
data collection and report writing Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license in
Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
