meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for two skilled Educational Technicians (Level II or III)
to support K-5 students within a life skills-based curriculum. This
onsite position spans from August 24, 2026, to June 11, 2027,
offering a 32-hour workweek in a school setting located in
Damariscotta, ME. Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers
in delivering individualized support to students with diverse
learning needs. Implement life skills curriculum tailored to K-5
students, fostering independence and personal growth. Provide
in-class assistance and monitor student progress throughout the
academic year. Collaborate with educators to adapt instructional
materials to meet varying abilities. Support students in developing
social, communication, and functional skills essential for daily
life. Desired Qualifications: Certification as an Educational
Technician (Level II or III) or equivalent experience. Experience
working with elementary-aged children in educational settings.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-focused
environment. Understanding of life skills instructional strategies
and special education support. Ability to maintain confidentiality
and professionalism in all interactions. This contract role is
onsite, offering meaningful engagement with students in a
supportive environment within the Central Lincoln County region.
The schedule is part-time at 32 hours per week during the school
