School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school
district in Columbus, Indiana, is seeking a dedicated and
experienced School Psychologist to provide essential support for
special education services across three school buildings. This
contract position requires a professional who can conduct
comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and collaborate
effectively with educators, families, and district staff to promote
student success and ensure compliance with special education
regulations. Responsibilities: Conduct approximately 70 special
education evaluations annually. Provide support across three school
buildings to address diverse student needs. Participate in monthly
interdisciplinary team meetings. Collaborate closely with
educators, families, and district supervisor. Ensure compliance
with Indiana special education laws and district policies.
Qualifications: Valid Indiana School Psychologist license.
Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and making
eligibility determinations preferred. Strong understanding of
special education law, compliance, and best practices. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with
students, families, and school personnel. Location and Schedule:
Position based onsite in Columbus, Indiana. Monday through Friday,
7:45 AM to 3:15 PM. Contract duration: Immediate start through May
21, 2026, with the possibility to extend for the next school year.
