Job Description Job Description Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling or a related field, active School Counselor license and 1 years School Counselor experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed Counselor, Social Worker, or School Psychologist is needed for a contract position serving a high school Emotional Behavioral Disorder (EBD) population in the Manchester and Kingston, NH areas. This role involves supporting approximately 12 students with emotional and behavioral challenges, providing essential counseling and therapeutic services within the school setting. Location: Manchester and Kingston, NH Hours: 20 hours/week, spread over 3 days Caseload: Approximately 12 high school students Key Qualifications: Current licensure as a Counselor, Social Worker, or School Psychologist is required Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably with an EBD population Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families Must hold a valid license or certificate; Statements of Eligibility are not accepted Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling to high school students with emotional and behavioral disorders Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create positive behavioral strategies Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district policies and confidentiality requirements Benefits: Flexible part-time schedule focused over three days per week Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students experiencing significant challenges Collaborative, supportive school environment This contract position offers a chance to apply your licensed skills in a focused school setting, working closely with a manageable caseload to promote student success.
