Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time,
onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in
New London, CT, supporting K-12 students within a school setting.
This contract role is ideal for professionals dedicated to
providing high-quality speech and language services to children and
adolescents in a dynamic educational environment. Responsibilities
include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and
communication disorders among students from kindergarten through
12th grade. The SLP will collaborate with teachers, parents, and
other educational staff to develop individualized treatment plans,
conduct assessments, and implement interventions that support
academic success and communication development. Maintaining
accurate documentation and participating in team meetings to
discuss student progress will also be key components of the role.
Qualifications and desired experience: Valid state licensure or
certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working
with children and adolescents in a school environment, preferably
across K-12 grade levels Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
for speech and language impairments Ability to develop and
implement individualized treatment plans Excellent communication
and collaboration skills with educators and families Location: New
