Job Description:
Job purpose Secure the success for medmix in the US and global
markets by ensuring reliable, cost effective and efficient
availability of medmix products and services. Responsibilities
include quality manufacturing best practices, quality testing
Duties will include, creating test validation plans, reviewing work
instructions, establishing inspection/sampling plans, investigating
causes of nonconformance, implementing corrective actions,
performing FMEA analysis, conducts both internal audits and
supplier assessments, and supports continuous improvement efforts.
Main accountabilities and tasks
- Analyze the results of inspection and validation protocols for
products, processes, and equipment; generate, analyze, and report
on the levels of product quality through various statistical
process control techniques
- Participate in continuous improvement projects - develop,
analyze, and report statistical data, relative to quality systems
performance and implementation; support and maintain failure
analysis process
- Maintain internal and external calibration equipment and
logs
- Monitoring and analyzing internal and external vendor quality
performance
- Investigating and troubleshooting in process product or
production issues, determine disposition and arrange vendor RMA if
necessary
- Ensuring workflows, processes and products comply with safety
regulations and customer quality specifications
- Monitor and review weekly, monthly, quarterly quality data and
work with quality department on common issues
- Provide corrective actions, solutions, and improvements for
customer quality complaints
- Collaborating with operations manager to develop and implement
controls and improvements
- Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes,
test methodology, quality plan documents, execute and analyze
quality-reporting measures
- Manage outsource vendors, monitoring tool repair, maintain
tooling maintenance logs, update testing plans as needed, and
quality documentation as needed
- Support new tool start-up documentation, IQ/OQ, inspection
plans, process approval documentation
- Evaluate and implement new operations technology and
equipment
- Initiate continuous process improvements to improve operational
effectiveness
- Identify and implement cost optimization and reduction
initiatives
- Provide engineering support as needed for the operations team
to achieve business goals.
- Support the start-up and integration of new operations
projects.
- Ensure that all business activities conform to local laws and
regulations and are following company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding
environmental protection, fire prevention as well as occupational
health and safety. Desired experience and qualifications Work
experience : 2+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred
(plastic components, injection molding, automation) Education:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or process engineering or
commensurate years of product knowledge Other:
- Logistics and supply chain experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in an interruption-prone environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Strong TEAM and LEAD mentality required
- Business and commercial acumen

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Self-confident, trustworthy Physical requirements In order to
perform the essential functions of this position, with or without
reasonable accommodation, the employee must be able to see, hear,
talk and use hands and fingers to operate computer hardware and
peripherals as well as equipment and tools for basic assembly,
packaging and logistics. Employee must be able to lift up to 55lbs
on a regular basis as required for packing, shipping and inventory
management. Frequent to constant standing and walking throughout
the workday. Steel toe shoes are required. If the employee will be
exposed to loud noise and/or eye hazards, they will be required to
wear hearing and/or eye protection which will be provided.
