Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. The only way for a company to meet such a goal is to consistently meet production deadlines and expectations.Position Description:Manufacturing Process Engineer to design, integrate, and improve the manufacturing systems and related process. Essential Responsibilities:

• Layout jobs, develop process sheets, and design tooling
• Create CNC programs for sheet metal fabrication, machining, welding and laser cutting
• Identify opportunities to improve products and reduce costs
• Incorporates new methods and process to improve existing operations
• Troubleshoots new or existing product problems involving designs, material, and processing methods
• Reviews product designs for manufacturability or completeness
• Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staff
• Others duties as directed by supervisorQualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Proficiency using CAD & CAM required
  • Working knowledge of SolidWork and NX a plus
  • Experience in sheet metal or machining environment required
