Job Description:

Job Description BAE Systems is looking for a Senior Process Engineer to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at the Advanced Composite Manufacturing Facility in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and being able to adapt to an ever-changing production factory environment brings with it an exciting opportunity to influence the successful execution of production goals and achieving operational excellence. You will play the role of a true Process Engineer that is active on the manufacturing floor, interacting with operators, collaborating with other engineers and program management while making process improvements, performing project work, and reworks. In this role, the Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for providing manufacturing support, process development, and continuous improvement for complex antenna and radome manufacturing. The Senior Process Engineer will utilize hands-on problem solving, data analyses and application of engineering, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles to improve assembly processes, product flow, product yields and reducing cost.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or equivalent
  • 4+ Years Engineering/Manufacturing experience
  • Prior experience in composite manufacturing
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Statistical Process Control / Six Sigma / Minitab PPV/FAI and PFMEA AS9100 Root Cause Corrective Action Secret ClearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
