Details We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural
Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As
a Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the
safety, stability, and durability of our construction projects.
This is a permanent position that offers excellent career growth

projects. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough structural analysis
using advanced software and tools to assess the integrity and
strength of existing structures. 2. Perform forensic engineering
investigations to determine the cause of structural failures,
accidents, or damage, and provide recommendations for remediation.
3. Design and develop innovative and efficient structural solutions
for new construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant
codes, standards, and regulations. 4. Collaborate closely with
architects, contractors, and other professionals to develop
comprehensive structural plans and specifications. 5. Conduct site
visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify
potential issues, and ensure adherence to approved plans and
specifications. 6. Review and approve shop drawings, calculations,
and other technical documents prepared by contractors and
subcontractors. 7. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and
technical documentation to communicate findings, recommendations,
and design solutions to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory
authorities. 8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior
engineers and technicians, ensuring their professional development
and growth. 9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements,
and best practices in structural engineering, and apply this
knowledge to improve project outcomes and processes. 10.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are
delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or
Structural Engineering from an accredited institution. Master's
degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural
engineering, preferably in the construction industry. 3. Strong
knowledge and experience in structural analysis, including the use
of software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar. 4. Proven expertise
in forensic engineering, with the ability to investigate and
analyze structural failures and accidents. 5. Proficiency in
designing and analyzing various structural systems, such as steel,
concrete, and wood. 6. Solid understanding of relevant codes and
standards, including but not limited to ACI, AISC, ASCE, and IBC.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think
critically and develop innovative solutions to complex structural
challenges. 8. Strong communication skills, both written and
verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical
concepts to diverse audiences, including compelling testimony in
courtroom situations 9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision. 10.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable, or the
ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe. If you
