Service Writer – Competitive Pay – Uncasville, CT Are you a

organized and motivated Service Writer to be the friendly face of
our operations. In this role, you’ll ensure our customers receive
top-notch service from start to finish while working in a dynamic
industrial environment. What You’ll Do: Act as the primary point of
contact for customers, providing expert guidance on their
industrial system service needs. Respond to customer inquiries via
phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
Prepare accurate service estimates and quotes tailored to customer
requirements. Keep customers informed of service progress,
including any unexpected delays or updates. Process payments and
ensure billing accuracy. Collaborate with the Shop Foreman and
Parts Manager to prioritize and coordinate repair jobs effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects our high

Bring to the Team: Proven experience in a customer service role,
ideally within an industrial or technical environment. Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Windows
applications (Excel, Outlook) and a solid grasp of basic accounting
principles. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks,
and adapt to a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving skills
and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs. High
school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship
