Job Description:
Nesco Resource is looking for Production Fabric Team Associate
in Watertown, CT for 3rd Shift. Opportunity for overtime on both
shifts. 3rd Shift: Sunday- Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pay is
$16.35/hour This is a contract position with a chance of being
permanent for the right candidate. Requirements/Responsibilities:
Use of basic hand tools required (tape measure and scissors) and
additional tools as needed and trained. Knowledge of basic math
skills (addition, multiplication, division, subtraction) Physical
ability to repetitively complete folding, bending, kneeling, etc.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area. Ability to
multi-task and learn multiple job functions. Strong communications
skills Physical and mental ability to work long hours as needed to
meet customer requirements. Ability to meet and exceed quality
standards. Ability to identify any failure in quality of products.
Use other tools as needed including: logo machine, hand welder,
sewing machine & hand dryer. Complete all other duties as assigned.
Must be able to complete manual labor. Must be able to lift up to
50 lbs. Must be able to read a tape measure and read engineering
drawings. Must be able to read and write in English. Must be
available to work overtime based on customer needs. Must have
reliable transportation. Must be reliable and responsible, strict
