Job Description:
Job Summary: We're looking for a Packaging Associate to help
prepare parts for resale. In this role, you'll package items, check
for quality, and make sure everything is labeled correctly and
ready to ship. You'll also help keep your work area clean and
organized. Monday through Thursday 5:45 am to 4:30pm Main Duties:
Follow work orders to package parts the right way. Put together
boxes, labels, and instruction sheets. Bag and label parts as
needed. Check that parts look right and fit together correctly.
Make sure there are no missing or wrong parts. Place finished
packages on skids or in storage areas. Keep track of how many parts
you packed and report any problems. Return extra parts to stock and
ask for more if you're missing something. Keep your work area neat
during your shift. Use tools like staplers, tape machines, and
pallet jacks. Physical Requirements: Stand most of the day; bend,
squat, twist, and kneel as needed. Use your hands to pick up small
parts and put them together. Lift up to 50 lbs often Must be able
to see details up close and hear instructions clearly. Work
Environment: Work is done in a factory setting. You may be around
noise, dust, odors, and moving equipment. Safety gear will be
