Nesco Resource is looking for a 2nd Shift Operator-Denali Grinder located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Shift: Monday-Friday 3:15PM-11:15PM Pay: $17-$18.50/hour (12% shift differential) Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator to join our team in the production of precision medical device components. This role involves working with grinders and other machinery to form parts according to strict specifications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, following detailed work instructions, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Form parts using manual pressure (up to 10 lbs of force) Operate and adjust grinding and forming equipment according to specifications Read and follow detailed work instructions and routers Complete identification labels and required documentation accurately Inspect parts using microscopes, micrometers, gauges, and calipers Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and procedures Contribute to department quality and production goals Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working under a microscope Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, calipers) Basic computer skills Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Nesco Resource and affiliates (Lehigh G.I.T Inc, and Callos Resource, LLC) is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
