Job Description:
Nesco Resource is in search of a Senior Planner (NPI/PLM) to
join our client's team at their Wilton, CT location. JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Planner works in a team of Project Coordinators (PCs),
coaching and mentoring peers and new colleagues in Product
Lifecycle Management (PLM). Supports PCs during introduction of new
parts and tools for more complex modules. Works together with both
Development and Engineering (D&E) and Sourcing & Procurement
project leads (S&P PL) in high complex project (team).
Interfaces with senior stakeholders (e.g. Project Cluster Manager
(PCM), Supplier Account Team). Is a recognized professional in PLM
with extensive knowledge of supply chain management. Executes
operational plan, signals deviations in department policies,
structures and processes and supports manager in preparing the
operational plan. Conducts structural analyses and advises on
content subjects, making proposals for translating given policies
to business situations. Has good insight into the related
stakeholders; ensures coordination about any bottlenecks,
improvements and alternatives. Sets own priorities. The work
activities require judgment in the independent evaluation,
selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques and
procedures. The PLM Project Coordinator is allocated to a D&E
project, reporting with a dotted line into a D&E Project Lead.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: BSc/MSc degree in Supply Chain/Logistics,
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business
Administration required with 2 years post-college (related) work
experience. Semiconductor/tech industry background/PM and supply
chain experience is preferred. Experience in planning and logistics
processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment is a plus.
Stakeholder management: deal effectively with internal and external
stakeholders both at operational and executive levels. Affinity
with a technical environment. Team player with excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptable to fast paced
environments. Analytical, structure and organizational skills.
Assertive, pro-active problem solver. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 6
month contract assignment with potential conversion to perm based
on performance, budget and business needs Monday – Friday, core
hours between 8am – 5pm but can start as early as 7am Hybrid work
schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) available after training
period is complete Pay range: $43 – 45/hour depending on experience
