Job Description:
Nesco Resource is working with their client in Brookfield CT to
identify a qualified Electrical Test Engineer for a full-time
direct hire opportunity. Please review the job description and

Test Engineer will develop, maintain, and support all tests and
test equipment within the Test Department to ensure the
manufacturing processes are capable of meeting customer delivery
requirements. Duties/Responsibilities Develops instructions and
provides technical support to test printed circuit boards or
electronic box builds to customer requirements Works with other
departments to expedite or resolve problems to ensure customer
product requirements are met. Review product design for
manufacturability, testability, and completeness. Supports design
of tests of finished products or process capabilities to establish
standards and process requirements. Identify opportunities to
incorporate new manufacturing methods to improve existing
operations in order to make process improvements, increase
capacity, and reduce cost utilizing knowledge of test department
and engineering processes, tooling and production equipment,
assembly methods, quality control standards, and/or product design.
Responsible for Engineering Change Notice (ECN) activities
including implementation, verification, and document control.
Builds, installs, and troubleshoots test equipment. Assures that
all test equipment and machinery is properly maintained and
calibrated, and supports calibration and maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoots new or existing production problems involving design,
materials, or processes, and participates in root cause correction
actions. Prepares reports summarizing information on trends related
to test performance. Provide technical support related to testing.
Supports efforts to ensure Test Department is compliant with the
Company's Quality System Maintains an organized and neat work area.
All other duties as required or assigned. Job Description Education
and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or
equivalent education/experience required. Minimum: one (1) to five
(5) years' experience or related work in an electronic contract
manufacturing organization, electronic high tech or related
industry. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Able to speak, read
and write using the English language as it relates to the job
requirements. Strong communication, organization, and time
management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Able to multitask
