Job Description Job Description Top Job Located in Trumbull, CT Salary: $30-35/hour We are looking for a hands-on, self-starter, problem-solver Responsible for all aspects of equipment maintenance and repair for a Manufacturing Company in Trumbull, CT Track maintenance and repairs by using the COGZ software. Ability to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and mechanical issues and provide solutions Essential Functions: 1) Create and close work orders in the COGZ System, Maintain Equipment Files. 2) Maintain/Repair/Upgrade Narrow Web Presses and Auxiliary Equipment for functionality. 3) Perform PMs on all equipment listed in COGZ and prepare/post/file Operator PM's. 4) Maintain Machine Guarding, Safety Equipment, Wiring, Air Lines and Machine Covers. 5) Light Machine Shop work to fabricate or to make, fix or replace worn or broken parts using Lathe, Milling Machines and other Shop Equipment. Additional Responsibilities: 1) Building maintenance. 2) Assist with building upgrades and repairs. Requirements: 1) Knowledge of DC drives and controls 2) Strong troubleshooting abilities. 3) Ability to use testing equipment and tools. 4) Self-starter, work with or without constant supervision, must have some degree of ingenuity 5) Easy to get along with employees. 6) Ability to become familiar with different systems on multiple pieces of equipment. 7) Strong electrical background.
