Job Description Job Description Job Title: CNC Machinist - Up to $31/HR Job Description We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team. This position is available for both 1st shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM) and 2nd shift (5 PM - 3 AM) with the opportunity to work four 12-hour days. The role involves CNC machining on various metals, maintaining tight tolerances in a job shop environment. You will be responsible for running programs, performing machine setups, tear downs, changeovers, and tool changes. Operating Mazaks and other machine brands, you will use GD&T and read blueprints daily to meet part specifications. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, including Mazaks, in a job shop environment. Perform setups, tear downs, changeovers, and tool changes on CNC machines. Run and troubleshoot machine programs to ensure parts meet specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and use GD&T for precise machining. Maintain and troubleshoot machine errors to ensure operational efficiency. Essential Skills 2 years of experience operating, setting up, and programming CNCs in a job shop environment. Experience with Mazak CNC Lathes. Programming capabilities at the machine using AutoCAD and Master CAM. Proficiency with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Experience with G & M Code (Machine Control Language). Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Mazak Machines using Mazatrol Systems. Conversational programming skills in machine control language. Why Work Here?
