You will gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing techniques and play a vital role in producing high-quality aerospace components. Essential Skills Proficient use of hand tools. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Willingness to learn new skills hands-on. Strong attention to detail and safety. Experience in machine operation, construction, and inspection. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in production, assembly, packing, and loading. Skills in troubleshooting, forklift operation, shipping & receiving, landscaping, and packaging. Ability to lift up to 75lbs. Team-oriented attitude. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New London, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
