Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description We are seeking individuals who are mechanically inclined or have prior manufacturing experience. This position involves performing layout assembly and soldering of wires, focusing on the assembly of cable harnesses, thermocouples, sensors, and satellite heaters. Candidates will be provided with drawings and work instructions to perform the assembly tasks. Responsibilities Perform layout assembly and soldering of wires. Read and interpret drawings and work instructions. Assemble cable harnesses, thermocouples, sensors, and satellite heaters. Use hand tools for assembly tasks. Ensure dependable performance and effective communication. Essential Skills At least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Minimum of 3 months of assembly experience. Proficiency in soldering, including microscope soldering and brazing. Ability to read work orders and drawings. Basic computer skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with electronic wire assembly is advantageous. Ability to utilize hand tools effectively. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Branford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
